Your responsibilities?

• Manage and optimize end-to-end payroll processes using eBlox (mandatory).

• Ensure correct application of various joint labor committees (PC 124, 149.01, 200, 209, 111…).

• Prepare salary simulations, contracts, and indexations, and monitor sectoral changes.

• Act as the first point of contact for employee questions on payroll, benefits, and social legislation.

• Collaborate with social secretariats and support audits, compliance checks, and process improvements.

• Build relationships across multiple offices and divisions, occasionally traveling between sites.

Profile sought?

• 10+ years of experience in payroll and/or rewards.

• Strong expertise with eBlox – essential requirement.

• Experience managing payroll for both blue-collar and white-collar employees.

• Trilingual: fluent Dutch, strong French, and professional English.

• Accurate, structured, and reliable under deadlines.

• Flexible and willing to travel between offices when needed.
