We are currently recruiting for a Senior Real Estate & Investment advisor. Our client is a leading consultancy firm and with a real estate & transaction department. You will help on different services ; corporate finance transactions, real estate/infrastructure analysis, valuations and modeling assignments with a diverse portfolio of clients.

Your missions and responsibilities
- Support clients in optimizing portfolio performance and developing real estate strategic plans & (dis)investment opportunities.
- Lead the review of valuation Real estate portfolio assesment
- Support in buy side and sell side transactions
- Anticipate macro-ecomonics factors (digitalisation, sustainability and financial aspects, etc. to determine the real estate portfolio of the future) & adress recommendations
The perfect profile
- Degree in management, consulting, or real estate
- +4 years in a similar role and experience required in Consultancy
- Native level in Dutch, and good level in French and English with excellent communication skills.
- Solid knowledge of the real estate market (ideally belgian and international), including market trends, regulations, and investment opportunities.
- Analytical & commercial flair is sought after
- Good capacity to motivate and lead teams
