Senior Property/Facility Manager for a promoter and property management company

Your duties and responsibilities?
- Manage the internal and external property portfolio
- Define a strategy for each building, proposing business plans
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety legislation and the tenants satisfaction
- Keep a close eye on partner maintenance companies during their various assignments, and check that installations are serviced on time
- Provide accurate information to the various parties involved during the various phases of a building’s construction (purchase, lifetime, sales, etc.)
- Provide effective reportings (budget, estimation, contract monitoring, etc.).
The ideal profile?
- Holder of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with at least 8 years’ experience in a similar position
- Rigorous, detail-oriented and precise person
- Knowledge of technical building management (HVAC, network cabling, technical installations, roofing, fire compartmentation, space planning, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of property and construction law
- If you are a manual worker (minor or temporary repairs), this is a plus for the role
- Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
- Knowledge of SharePoint, SAP and Facilitair software
- Fluency in French and knowledge of Dutch required at a professional level
