Our client, a reputable institution in Luxembourg City Center, is looking for a Senior Depositary Officer to join their team.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the compliance, accuracy, and integrity of depositary services, contributing to the organization’s reputation for excellence.
Senior Depositary Officer – Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and oversee the activities of alternative investment funds (AIFs) to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Perform cash flow monitoring and asset verification in line with depositary obligations.
- Reconcile fund positions and transactions to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and service providers to resolve discrepancies and maintain smooth operations.
- Ensure adherence to applicable regulations, including AIFMD.
- Lead and participate in internal projects aimed at improving depositary processes.
- Prepare reports for clients, auditors, and regulatory authorities as required.
Senior Depositary Officer – Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in depositary, custody, or fund administration roles, with a focus on AIFs.
- Fluent in English.
