Your missions and responsibilities
- Participate in the definition of products and pricing of residential units.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies, including digital campaigns and on-site promotions.
- Organize sales and marketing launches in collaboration with external agents.
- Ensure an effective sales process from lead generation to sales of units.
- Manage and follow up on leads to drive sales performance.
- Contribute to the strategic development of the company’s operations through insights and innovative ideas.
- Report directly to the CEO.
The perfect profile
- Significant experience in off-plan sales of new real estate developments in Brussels.
- Excellent knowledge of the new-build real estate market, particularly in Brussels.
- Proficiency with digital tools and creative marketing strategies to generate leads.
- Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours to close deals.
- Fluency in Dutch and French (bilingualism is an advantage).
- Established network within the real estate sector and awareness of industry trends.
