We are looking for a Sales Manager with a technical background (engineering/architecture/construction) to join a growing and ambitious real estate developer, specialized in Semi-industrial/Logistics buildings. Your tasks & responsibilities ?

• Manage the commercialization of several real estate projects, mainly targeting end-users seeking tailor-made business buildings
• Follow up on leads, prepare proposals, and drive the sales process with support from your team
• Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokers, investors, and other key stakeholders
• Advise and guide clients throughout their commercial journey, from first contact to contract signing
• Monitor project feasibility using your technical and financial insight
• Handle the administration and follow-up of your sales pipeline

The ideal profile ?

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent technical background through experience
• Proven experience in industrial or logistics building projects
• Passion for commercial interaction rather than site supervision
• Skilled with design and technical drawing tools, capable of evaluating financial feasibility
• Fluent in Dutch, with a great command of French (English is a definitive plus)
• Team-oriented networker with strong communication and negotiation skills
