Missions & responsibilities

  • Selling properties (for the company and some partners)
    • Contacting customers, understanding their needs
    • Advising on investments
    • Organizing visits
    • Negotiating, closing deals
    • Handling customer follow-up
  • Generating leads on both investments and customer prospects
  • Maintaining relationships with promoters and selling their projects on certain occasions

The perfect profile

  • Both junior and senior
  • Sharp sales & negotiation skills
  • Oral fluency with customers
  • Real estate experience preferred (but not required)
  • Knowledge of the following languages: French and English
    • Dutch is an asset, but not a prerequisite
