Sales & Aftercare Manager Residential - Real Estate Developer
We are looking for a Sales & Aftercare Manager (Residential Real Estate). You have experience as Teamleader/manager for a Sales team within a Real Estate developer or investment funds (residential projects), you are IPI/BIV accredited, and work as an employee (or freelance) then this opportunity might interest you at a recognized company active in Real estate !

Your missions and responsibilities
- Handle sales of the portfolio via a network of agencies selected by your choice
- You guarantee a seamless customer journey, from initial contact to delivery
- Manage and supervise the sales consultants on a daily basis (teamplayer and motivator personality sought after)
- Work with marketing to ensure to Go-to-Market phase of the projects
- Market analysis and dashboards have no secrets for you
The perfect profile
- Degree in real estate, accredited IPI/BIV
- +- 7-10 years of experience, at least 2 in a similar function
- Good professional level in dutch, french and english
- Knowledge of real estate sales (in residential new construction / off-plan sales)
- Sales driven and ready to put on work to obtain results and support the teams
