Your missions and responsibilities
- Guide clients according to their needs via your skills & experience in the Consultancy field (market studies, data analysis, reporting, guidelines,…)
- Support clients in optimizing portfolio performance and developing real estate strategic plans.
- Implement workplace strategies to transform working practices and create efficient, sustainable environments.
- Assist in organizing Real Estate or General Services departments and streamlining processes.
- Define and deploy Facility Management strategies to ensure operational excellence.
- Collaborate with architects and designers to develop workplace environment and design guidelines.
The perfect profile
- Degree in management, consulting, or real estate
- +5 years in a similar role and experience required in Consultancy
- Fluency in Dutch, French, and English with excellent communication skills.
- Solid knowledge of the real estate market (ideally belgian and international), including market trends, regulations, and investment opportunities.
- Analytical and organizational skills to interpret complex data and present clear recommendations.
- Autonomous with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
