Your tasks and responsibilities

• Assist with real estate projects, including construction, renovation, or real estate development projects
• Estimate costs and budgets in the upstream phases of real estate projects
• Verify costs carried out by design offices or other players in the sector
• Challenge and/or carry out feasibility studies to assess the viability of real estate projects
• Structure the information gathered to compare it with original estimates
• Understand and explain financial reports/analyses
• Oversee the budgetary management of projects (optimizing profitability), carrying out ongoing accounts, financial reporting at various levels (ROI, DCF, opex/capex, cash flow, etc.), and financial planning
• Prepare reports and presentations for clients, investors, or project stakeholders (present and defend projects/reports to clients)
• Demonstrate commercial and pedagogical skills in order to explain and illustrate analyses

The ideal profile

• 0-3 years of experience in a similar role (or equivalent experience)
• Educational background in engineering or architecture required
• Expertise in Excel, synthesizing data, understanding financial tools and information, and techniques related to real estate in the broadest sense
• A team player, detail-oriented, with a good analytical mind, who likes to work with numbers but has a commercial touch
• Ideally a trilingual profile is required but a French/English speaking profile (professional skills) may be sufficient
