Your missions and responsibilities

• Guide and assist occupiers and owners in finding the ideal real estate solutions.
• Assess clients’ needs and financial capabilities to propose tailored options.
• Facilitate negotiations and provide expert advice on market trends and legal requirements.
• Proactively seek out new clients and expand the client base.
• Maintain and update property listings to reflect market availability.
• Collaborate with departments such as Valuation, Design & Build, and Investment.
• Build and nurture networks with consultants, owners, and brokers.

The perfect profile

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a real estate consultant.
• Strong team player with a proactive and enterprising mindset.
• Higher education degree in a relevant field.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and French. English is a plus.
• Positive attitude with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
