For two different clients, we are seeking a very similar profile. A Real Estate Advisor to sell new construction / off-plan residential projects.
For one company, we are looking for a french speaking person (good dutch and english would be a plus for incoming projects).
For another company, we are looking for a dutch native person (good french and english are a plus)

Your missions and responsibilities
- Handle leads generated and plan visits
- Participate to network events and create opportunities on your own too
- Responsible for the sales of investment properties in Brussels / Anwterp (depending on the company)
- Work with marketing and sales teams to better accompany clients during the entire process
The perfect profile
- Degree in real estate, accredited IPI/BIV (not mandatory for the french speaking position)
- +1-3 years in a similar role
- Good level in Dutch or french, and proficiency in english would be a plus
- Knowledge of real estate sales (ideally new construction / off-plan sales)
- Sales driven and ready to put on work to obtain your commissions
