Your missions and responsibilities
- Manage tenant relations, including arrivals, departures, and ongoing support to maximize occupancy rates.
- Oversee property maintenance and renovations, focusing on energy efficiency.
- Handle lease agreements, ensuring compliance and smooth renewals.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders on projects.
- Report on property performance and profitability through bi-weekly updates (budgeting plans, insurance litigation, etc.).
The perfect profile
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management or as a syndic.
- Expertise in managing residential and commercial properties.
- Proficiency in handling renovation projects and improving energy efficiency.
- Fluent communication in French and English or Dutch.
- Advanced skills in office software in a Mac environment.
