We are looking for a Technical Property Manager for a company that develops and manages real estate assets. The company is active in residential properties mostly!

Your tasks and responsibilities?
- Manage general maintenance (coordination of sub-contractors/technicians, management of tenders/estimates, etc.)
- Monitor and coordinate fit-out/renovation projects (refurbishment, extension, etc.)
- Collect rent and issuing reminders
- Act as point of contact between landlord and tenants
- Monitor contractual obligations relating to the property portfolio
- Report on the portfolio’s activities and financial information
The ideal profile?
- Solution-oriented and practical mindset
- Good relationship skills
- Technical knowledge of buildings/facilities
- Strong communication skills in French, Dutch and good communication in English is a plus
- Good knowledge of MS Office
