Property/Facility Coordinator for a company specializing in senior residences - NL
We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Property/Facility Coordinator for a company that owns buildings housing various retirement homes throughout Belgium

Your tasks and responsibilities ?
- Manage technical problems remotely and intervene on site if necessary
- Coordination of maintenance and technical interventions with subcontractors
- Define and manage a budget for renovation and/or repair projects
- Regular checking of infrastructures and guaranteeing proper operation of installations
- Administrative management: follow-up of files, contracts, telephone calls and e-mails
- Act as point of contact for site managers in the event of technical problems, providing remote assistance where possible and finding solutions
- Monitoring energy performance at the various sites with a view to optimizing it
- Follow-up with accredited organizations for the inspection of technical installations (fire detection, elevators, high-voltage cabins, etc.)
The ideal profile ?
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in facility management
- Knowledge in all areas of structural work; roofing, window frames, drainage, etc.
- Proficiency in Dutch as mother tongue and good knowledge of French and English desirable
- Ability to work independently and a passion for challenges
- Resourceful, finding solutions within budgetary constraints
