Your Responsibilities

Project Management : Oversee multiple school projects, ensuring smooth operations and effective collaboration among school boards, contractors, and educational networks.

Maintenance Coordination: Follow up on maintenance tasks and technical inspections using a highly efficient management tool.

Control and Compliance : Ensure adherence to standards (NEN 2767), maintain building compliance, and secure accurate inspection records.

Administrative and Technical Support: Provide administrative support, organize reports, and address technical and contractual questions.

Ideal Profile

Experience: 3 to 5 years in building maintenance, technical consultancy, or real estate promotion

Languages: Excellent command of Dutch, with good knowledge of French and English

Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Building Management, or Bachelor’s degree in Administrative Management
