Your Responsibilities
– Project Management : Oversee multiple school projects, ensuring smooth operations and effective collaboration among school boards, contractors, and educational networks.
– Maintenance Coordination: Follow up on maintenance tasks and technical inspections using a highly efficient management tool.
– Control and Compliance : Ensure adherence to standards (NEN 2767), maintain building compliance, and secure accurate inspection records.
– Administrative and Technical Support: Provide administrative support, organize reports, and address technical and contractual questions.
Ideal Profile
– Experience: 3 to 5 years in building maintenance, technical consultancy, or real estate promotion
– Languages: Excellent command of Dutch, with good knowledge of French and English
– Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Building Management, or Bachelor’s degree in Administrative Management
