Your tasks and responsibilities?
- Analyse and monitoring the financial operations of a designated property portfolio, i.e. overseeing the property costs and revenues of the portfolio
- Follow up and encode service costs (cleaning, green spaces, maintenance,…), collect rents and make reminders, manage budgetisation (capex/opex, indexation plan,…)
- Coordinate information with the various departments and people in the company to optimise financial monitoring
- Follow up on contractual obligations relating to the property portfolio
- Reporting on the situation of the portfolio in terms of activities and financial information
The ideal profile?
- Solution-oriented and practical mindset
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Strong communication skills in French, Dutch and English
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and motivated to learn new tools/software
