Your tasks and responsibilities:

• As the Construction Project Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the timely and cost-effective completion of new projects at our headquarters, while upholding our real estate standards, which encompass technical and sustainability considerations.
• You will oversee and guide the construction and renovation processes of our assets, providing advice, validation, supervision, and project follow-up.
• Additionally, you will play a key role in advising on appropriate maintenance practices for the buildings to safeguard their long-term value.

The ideal profile :

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Construction with a minimum of 7 years of industry experience.
• Your exceptional project management skills are evident, particularly in your ability to oversee the construction and maintenance of industrial and commercial premises while prioritizing cost control, budgeting, and reporting.
• Your dedication to environmental considerations and sustainable development within the construction sector is commendable.
• As a reliable individual, you possess a strong drive for achievement and problem-solving.
• Collaboration comes naturally to you, and your outstanding organizational and planning abilities further enhance your effectiveness as a team player. Proficiency in IT, including applications like MS Office, allows you to streamline construction processes efficiently.
• Fluency in English is a requirement, and proficiency in French and/or Dutch is considered an advantage.
