Your main responsibilities?

• Supervise all production operations on site: ensuring compliance with volumes, quality, deadlines, and safety regulations

• Manage, structure, and motivate production teams with a focus on efficiency and employee well-being

• Implement projects aimed at optimizing flows, continuous improvement, and industrial organization

• Ensure effective management of raw materials, inventory, and supply chains

• Participate in maintenance planning and follow-up in coordination with technical departments

• Maintain clear and structured communication with management and internal/external stakeholders

Ideal profile?

• Degree in production or electromechanical engineering, or equivalent experience in a similar role

• Proven experience in team management and production organization within an industrial environment

• Proficiency in office tools: Excel (dashboards, formulas), Outlook, Word, PowerPoint

• Strong analytical skills, sense of responsibility, and ability to handle unexpected situations methodically
