Your main responsibilities ?
Production organization and management:

Supervise, organize, and coordinate production operations to achieve quality, cost, and deadline objectives.

Plan resources (equipment, raw materials, workforce) to optimize production.

Monitor performance and implement corrective measures if necessary.
Results achievement and KPI monitoring:

Manage KPIs and provide regular reports to management.

Optimize operational profitability by monitoring production costs.

Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Continuous improvement and innovation:

Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying optimization opportunities.

Implement preventive and corrective actions to enhance the site’s competitiveness.

Participate in cross-functional projects and ensure the proper functioning of production equipment.
Safety, quality, and environment:

Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.

Actively participate in audits and crisis management.

Draft and update procedures and work instructions for the production department.
Management and leadership:

Supervise, train, and motivate your team to maintain a high-performance work dynamic.

Organize and plan work according to operational needs.

Define individual and collective objectives, monitor progress, and develop employees’ skills.

Ideal profile ?

Degree in industrial engineering, electromechanics, or chemical engineering.

At least 5 years of experience in production management, with a first experience in the chemical sector.

Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines and budgets.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.

Analytical mindset and ability to solve complex problems.

Sense of responsibility and results-oriented approach.

Proficiency in French and technical English.
