Your main responsibilities ?

Production organization and management:

  • Supervise, organize, and coordinate production operations to achieve quality, cost, and deadline objectives.

  • Plan resources (equipment, raw materials, workforce) to optimize production.

  • Monitor performance and implement corrective measures if necessary.

Results achievement and KPI monitoring:

  • Manage KPIs and provide regular reports to management.

  • Optimize operational profitability by monitoring production costs.

  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Continuous improvement and innovation:

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying optimization opportunities.

  • Implement preventive and corrective actions to enhance the site’s competitiveness.

  • Participate in cross-functional projects and ensure the proper functioning of production equipment.

Safety, quality, and environment:

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.

  • Actively participate in audits and crisis management.

  • Draft and update procedures and work instructions for the production department.

Management and leadership:

  • Supervise, train, and motivate your team to maintain a high-performance work dynamic.

  • Organize and plan work according to operational needs.

  • Define individual and collective objectives, monitor progress, and develop employees’ skills.

  • Lead meetings and promote smooth communication within the team.

Ideal profile ?

  • Degree in industrial engineering, electromechanics, or chemical engineering.

  • At least 5 years of experience in production management, with a first experience in the chemical sector.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines and budgets.

  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.

  • Analytical mindset and ability to solve complex problems.

  • Sense of responsibility and results-oriented approach.

  • Proficiency in French and technical English.
