Your Missions and Responsibilities
– Team and Leadership Support: Provide administrative and commercial assistance to the Transactions team, ensuring smooth information flow, organized reporting, and visually engaging PowerPoint presentations.
– Executive Coordination: Manage schedules, correspondence, and travel arrangements for senior leaders, including the CCO and Country Director Belgium, enabling them to focus on strategic initiatives.
– Event and Meeting Organization: Handle agenda coordination and contribute to seamless event planning for both internal and external stakeholders.
Ideal Profile
– Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 3+ years in an administrative and commercial support role
– Languages: Proficient in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a plus
– Qualifications: Exceptional organizational skills, with proficiency in MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
