For a Leading International Company in Logistics, Continuously Growing and Investing in Innovation, we are looking for multiple OPERATIONS MANAGERS (French/English) (newly created positions) who are open to working in shifts (6 AM – 2 PM, 2 PM – 10 PM…).

Your Main Responsibilities?
- Independently manage multiple departments → Supervise, plan, and organize operations to meet daily and monthly objectives.
- Ensure budget compliance, deadlines, and safety.
- Play a key role in enforcing strict safety rules, work organization, and cleanliness.
- Be responsible for developing and monitoring business plans in the short, medium, and long term.
- Monitor KPIs and implement necessary measures to achieve set goals while respecting the budget.
- Be a true leader, supporting teams (100 to 200 employees) by coaching, evaluating, and helping them grow, with the assistance of team leaders and other intermediaries.
- Ensure strong communication, collaborating with different teams and social partners.
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement by optimizing automated processes.
- Take on daily challenges in a highly dynamic environment, ensuring flexibility while maintaining operational excellence.
Ideal Profile?
- Bilingual French/English (C1 level or higher).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experienced people manager, a true leader who listens to teams, is results-driven, and fosters team cohesion (minimum 3 years of managerial experience).
- Dynamic, stress-resistant, strong communicator, and skilled negotiator.
- Flexible and willing to work in shifts (6 AM – 2 PM, 2 PM – 10 PM…).
- Ideally, first experience in the logistics sector.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ideally AS400, WMS, and WCS systems.
