Your Missionss and Responsibilities
– Visitor Management: Welcome and assist visitors, manage incoming communications, and coordinate with other departments to address inquiries
– Office Coordination: Oversee office supplies, security, facilities, and act as a point of contact for vendors and service providers
– Administrative Support: Assist HR and legal teams with various administrative tasks, prepare meeting notes, and coordinate company events and team-building activities
– Process Improvement: Contribute to projects aimed at enhancing office processes and overall efficiency
– Direct Reporting: You’ll report directly to the CFO, supporting financial planning and assisting in budget management
Ideal Profile
– Experience: Bachelor’s degree with a few years of relevant experience in a similar role
– Languages: Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus
– Qualifications: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
