In this role as a Middle Officer, company located near the city center of Luxembourg, your multifaceted skillset will shine as you manage essential middle-office functions within a small, agile structure. You’ll have the opportunity to work across multiple responsibilities and contribute directly to the smooth operation of the financial services. Your role will involve working closely with colleagues from Front and Back Office teams, as well as external partners, to ensure accurate and compliant transaction management.

Middle Officer – Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and validate daily transactions, ensuring data accuracy and timely processing across systems.
• Prepare and review operational reports on a daily and monthly basis, contributing to transparent financial tracking.
• Coordinate closely with the Front Office to monitor trades and orders, keeping an eye on deadlines and accuracy.
• Support Back Office with reconciliations, comparing internal systems to counterparties for alignment.
• Manage risk by monitoring compliance, ensuring transactions adhere to regulatory standards.
• Actively participate in process improvements, bringing forward innovative ideas to streamline and digitalize operations.
• Liaise with compliance and control teams, helping to align our processes with the latest regulatory updates.
• Take part in internal and client meetings to provide insights on transaction status, risks, and operational efficiency.

Middle Officer – Your Profile:

• You hold a degree in finance, business, or a related field.
• You bring 2-3 years of experience in middle office or back-office functions, ideally within a PSF or financial institution.
• You’re fluent in both English and French; proficiency in Italian is a big advantage.
