We are seeking a Mid-Level Funds Lawyer to join a Top Tier Law Firm based in Luxembourg.

Advise leading asset managers and fund sponsors on complex legal matters
Actively participate in the development of client relationships and contribute to the growth of the practice

Provide legal advice and guidance on all aspects of fund formation and structuring, including:
Fund documentation (private placement memoranda, offering documents, subscription agreements, etc.)
Regulatory compliance (AIFMD, UCITS, AML/CFT)
Investor due diligence and onboarding
Tax structuring
Draft and review complex legal documents related to fund formation, operation, and investment activities
Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date on industry developments and regulatory changes
Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the firm and external service providers

EU Law degree (LL.M or equivalent) with a focus on financial law or a related field
2-5 years of experience in a leading law firm or asset manager, specializing in funds law is a strong plus
Proven ability to handle complex legal matters independently and efficiently
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English and at least one other major European language (French, German, Italian, etc.) is preferred
