Your missions and responsibilities:
- Manage assigned Corporate M&A cases from beginning to end, providing comprehensive client support.
- Assist clients in their growth projects, including conducting thorough due diligence and negotiating complex contracts, with a particular focus on private equity transactions.
- Develop innovative and pragmatic solutions, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain clear communication with clients and cultivate strong relationships.
The perfect profile?
- Holds a Law degree and an LLM (a strong asset).
- Possesses 1-4 years of experience in Corporate Law, with a demonstrable track record in private equity transactions.
- Demonstrates professional proficiency in French and English
- Exhibits an entrepreneurial spirit, high motivation, solution-oriented approach, and pragmatism.
- Thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys working as part of a team.
