Your missions and responsibilities?
- Manage national and European competition law cases (antitrust, merger control, state aid, and regulatory) for clients in regulated industry sectors
- Work on pan-European cases concerning the application of energy regulation
- Be involved in diverse phases of cases (strategy, advice, litigation, compliance audit)
- Represent clients in both EU/national Courts & Administrative authorities (i.e. EU Commission)
The perfect profile?
- At least 5 years experience in Competition law
- Dutch or French native, English fluent
- M degree is considered a strong asset
- Team player & Business oriented mindset
