We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Mechanical / Machining Foreman to supervise a team of mechanics and machinists.

Your main responsibilities?
- Supervise and lead a team of technicians (mechanics and machinists).
- Actively participate in mechanical assembly and machining (hands-on work).
- Organize and allocate tasks based on production priorities.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturing procedures and quality standards.
- Train and develop the team’s skills.
- Inspect assembled and machined parts to ensure compliance.
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of machining equipment.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize production.
Ideal profile?
- Bachelor’s degree (Electromechanics, Mechanics, or equivalent through experience).
- At least 5 years of professional experience.
- Proven experience in machining and team management.
- Mastery of machining techniques: turning, milling, grinding.
- Knowledge of measuring and control tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
