We’re looking for a Maintenance Manager for a well-established company in the food industry, located in the Hainaut region.

Lead, support, and motivate a team of technicians and maintenance coordinators.
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure continuous production.
Implement continuous improvement projects and optimize equipment performance.
Diagnose breakdowns, identify root causes, and roll out sustainable solutions.
Collaborate closely with other departments (production, quality, safety, etc.) to ensure smooth coordination.
Provide regular activity reporting and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Contribute to the reliability and efficiency of technical installations across the site.

Technical degree (Bachelor’s level or equivalent by experience) in electromechanics, automation, mechanical engineering, or similar fields.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or managerial maintenance role.
Fluent in French with good command of English (B2 level). (Dutch is a strong asset)
Strong technical and organizational skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills, natural leadership, and team spirit.
Ability to take a step back, plan efficiently, and manage priorities effectively.
