Your Missions & Responsibilities
- Legal Support for Real Estate Development – Advise on acquisitions, project structuring, and regulatory compliance.
- Contract Drafting & Negotiation – Prepare agreements related to construction, leasing, and real estate transactions.
- Risk Management – Anticipate and mitigate legal risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Dispute Resolution – Handle legal disputes with contractors, buyers, and other stakeholders.
- Coordination with External Advisors – Work closely with external law firms and consultants when necessary.
The Ideal Profile
- 3–6 years of experience in real estate law, either at the real estate department of a top-tier law firm or in-house in a company in the real estate sector.
- Belgian Master of Law
- Fluent in Dutch or French with a strong command of English.
- Autonomous but Team-Oriented – Able to work independently while collaborating with internal and external partners.
