Your missions and responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of properties with the opportunity for growth.
- Coordinate administrative, commercial and technical tasks (variety incoming!)
- Plan site visits (you will not be behind a desk the entire day!)
- Oversee relationships with clients/tenants
- Enhance your expertise in financial oversight and buildings cycle value
The perfect profile
- Possess a degree in property management or have a first experience in this field.
- Have proficiency ideally in dutch, french and english
- Strong organizational skills, precision and autonomy
- Be at ease with daily contact with various stakeholder (subcontractors, tenants, coworkers,…
- Proficient in IT tools
