Missions and Responsibilities

- Handle disputes related to the firm’s Intellectual Property
- Provide strategic advice on intellectual property security and business interest protection
The Ideal Profile
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Intellectual Property law with a strong interest in innovation and global technological legal matters
- Native French or Dutch speaker with passive knowledge of the other national language, and excellent English skills
- A postgraduate qualification in IP law or international experience is preferred
- Strong drafting skills, commercial awareness, problem-solving mindset, and adaptability to a complex and evolving legal landscape
- Enthusiastic, pragmatic, and a team player mindset with curiosity, creativity, and a commitment to excellence
