As an Accounting Manager, you will oversee the accounting team and ensure the smooth execution of daily financial operations. You will play a key role in the budgeting and forecasting processes and ensure that all financial reporting is accurate and timely.
Accounting Manager – Key responsibilities:
- Leading and managing the accounting team.
- Overseeing the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Managing the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
- Overseeing accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice review and payment approvals.
- Collaborating with external partners, such as auditors and tax consultants.
- Playing a central role in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Managing financial reconciliations and preparing for audits.
- Continuously improving accounting processes and systems to ensure efficiency.
Accounting Manager – Your profile:
- You hold a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- You have 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting, ideally in a commercial company, with leadership responsibilities.
- You are fluent in both French and English.
