Your responsibilities ?
- Manage and optimize HR processes (recruitment, talent development, vision & company culture,…) & translate HR projects at the organizational level into concrete, tailor-made initiatives
- Act as the first point of contact for Business unit managers to understand their needs and fill in the gap
- You take an active role in social consultation moments and maintain constructive relationships with trade unions.
- Build relationships across multiple offices and divisions, traveling between sites.
Profile sought after ?
- 10+ years of experience in HR BP position and expertise in labour unions discussions
- Experience in technical/construction related profiles is a plus
- Bilingual french/dutch + good knowledge of english
- Well spoken & calm, with a nurturing spirit to care of employees and their paths
- Flexible and willing to travel between several offices
