Your Main Responsibilities ?

  • Design and structure a training academy for both current and future employees.

  • Professionalize existing training programs:

For drivers (create a true internal driving school for truck drivers, enabling candidates to obtain the necessary licenses and certifications). Also, for logistics staff (employees and workers) and for office employees (soft skills…).

  • Identify training needs and deploy a comprehensive training offer in French, Dutch, and English to cover the entire group’s requirements.

  • Develop a structured training strategy, including a training catalog and a global training plan.

  • Implement monitoring, evaluation (short- and long-term), and continuous improvement processes for training programs.

  • Manage, structure, and lead a team of internal trainers.

  • Present and pitch training projects to management, ensuring both strategic and operational reporting.

Ideal Profile ?

  • Master’s degree (HR or other relevant fields) or equivalent experience, with a specialization in training.

  • At least 5 years of experience in training, along with proven expertise in managing and structuring training programs (ideally in the industrial or logistics sector).

  • Ability to design and implement a global training strategy.

  • Strong project management and change management skills.

  • Proven leadership and ability to engage cross-functional teams.

  • Strategic and operational vision.

  • Fluency in French and English is required. Dutch is a strong asset.
