Your duties and responsibilities?
As a Financial Planning Analyst (FP&A), you will work closely with senior members of the finance and executive teams to perform the following tasks:
- Assist with the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and financial models to support strategic initiatives.
- Support in the development and continual improvement of financial projections and operating forecasts.
- Lead or contribute to special projects aimed at optimizing financial processes, including the implementation of new tools and systems for budgeting and forecasting.
- Analyze financial results, identify variances, and recommend actions to improve profitability and financial performance.
Ideal profile?
- Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a fast-paced, international environment. Experience in subscription-based business models is an asset.
- Languages: Fluency in both French and English.
- Qualifications: Master’s degree in Corporate Finance, Economics, or Accounting (or equivalent experience). Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
