Your duties and responsibilities?
Business Support
- Guide Operational heads on finance-related matters to achieve financial objectives.
- Conduct qualitative monthly business reviews to uncover insights and drive performance.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to facilitate performance management for Operational Heads.
- Provide proactive and cost-effective support to optimize financial operations.
Reporting
- Ensure accurate monthly performance submissions in the global reporting system.
- Deliver Marketing spend vs. forecast reports to the Head of Customer Experience.
- Provide timely performance reports to Sales and Operations Heads, ensuring accuracy and reconciliation.
- Offer ad-hoc analysis to support decision-making processes.
Forecasting
- Assist in leading forecast exercises with Operation Heads, adhering to group guidelines.
- Conduct regular analysis on variances between actual and forecasted figures to drive actionable insights.
- Processes and Internal Control
- Ensure compliance with group accounting policies and Internal Control Standards.
Ideal profile?
- Experience: Master’s degree in Finance and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Languages: Proficiency in either Dutch or French, along with fluency in English.
- Qualifications: Strong understanding of general accounting procedures and financial reporting, coupled with operational business acumen.
