Your duties and responsibilities

As a Financial Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating the financial and administrative tasks related to multiple projects and associations. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Invoice Management: Creating invoices and closely monitoring payments.
  • Financial Reporting: Reporting on income and expenses for various projects and associations.
  • Budget Approval: Reviewing and approving budgets for projects and associations.
  • Coordination: Liaising with external accounting agencies and banks.
  • File Management: Maintaining accurate and reliable administrative records.
  • Communication: Translating financial data and administrative queries for non-financial stakeholders.
  • Support: Assisting with membership and registration management during quieter periods.

Ideal profile

  • Experience: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and handle pressure.
  • Languages: Fluent in English, Dutch, and French.
  • Qualifications: Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
