Your missions and responsibilities
- Lead the finance department in direct collaboration with the CFO
- Participate in the professionalization and scaling-up of the company
- Understand investment and divestment structures, and participate in decision making based on financial feasibility
- Prepare financing files, negotiate credit lines, and monitor equity requirements
- Be the point of contact with the external accounting firm, supervise tax and administrative procedures, be responsible for the financial audit from A to Z, and coordinate reporting/budgeting needs
- Value a share price, control the sales invoicing process and ensure the proper follow-up of financial draws
- Ensure the link between finance and operations, taking into account the tax/legal dimensions
The perfect profile
- A Master’s degree in economics or a business school (or similar)
- 5 years of relevant experience in a similar function or in a Big 4
- Passion for real estate and knowledge of finance as a whole
- Autonomy, proactivity, rigour, ability to summarise and negotiate
