Missions and Responsibilities
- Advise clients on a broad range of finance and corporate matters.
- Assist in the structuring and execution of sophisticated transactions, including project finance, acquisition finance, real estate finance, securitisations, and capital markets matters.
- Draft and review transaction documentation.

Conduct legal research and due diligence in the context of complex transaction.

Work closely with partners and colleagues within a high-performing and collaborative team.
The Ideal Profile
- 1 or more years of experience as an Finance & Corporate lawyer in a business or niche law firm.
- Belgian Master’s in Law (excellent academic record).
- Native Dutch speaker, with exwcellent command of English and preferably the other national language
- The candidate should be a solution–oriented team player, with strong organizational, drafting and oral communication skills.
