Facility Officer Wallonia for a banking company

We are looking for a Facility officer profile, who will join a fast-growing company specialising in banking services. He will play a key role in maintenance and site visits related problems for the Walloon region.

Your tasks and responsibilities?

  • Supervise remote and on-site maintenance (not afraid of having a hands-on mentality and taking care yourself of some technical problems).
  • Tactical and operational analysis of all processes regarding facilities operations.
  • Monitor and upgrade maintenance processes + softs services (cleaning, security,…)
  • Manage sometimes new site construction and fit-out/repair projects.
  • Communicate with various subcontractors and manage quotations.

Ideal profile ?

  • English/French + knowledge of Dutch would be a great asset.
  • Mastery of HVAC, safety, prevention and facility management/security.
  • At least 6 years’ experience in facilities management.
  • Engineering degree / special technics education or background as technician would be an asset.
  • Valid driver’s license
