Facility coordinator & project management for a

We are looking for a Facility coordinator & project Management profile, who will be the right-hand person of the Head of Facilities to join a fast-growing company specialising in banking services. He will play a key role in implementing strategies to facilitate the company’s operations.

Your tasks and responsibilities?

  • Supervise remote and on-site maintenance.
  • Tactical and strategic analysis of all processes to be implemented in facilities operations.
  • Monitor and implement HQSE (Health, Quality, Security & Environment) + Security standards (security cameras, access badges, etc.).
  • Provide support to facility coordinators.
  • Develop dashboards and reports based on data.
  • Manage new site construction and fit-out/repair projects.
  • Communicate with various subcontractors and manage quotations.

Ideal profile ?

  • English/French or English/Dutch and knowledge of the third language is a strong asset.
  • Mastery of HVAC, safety, prevention and facility management/security and FMIS standards. Knowledge of Axxerion software is a plus.
  • At least 6 years’ experience in technical management.
  • Engineering degree or equivalent would be an asset.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Tactical and strategic thinking, ability to find solutions.
