Your missions and responsibilities
- Draft various types of contracts, including employment agreements and executive dismissals
- Oversee situations involving employment across borders and international mobility
- Address a wide range of employment-related matters and provide daily guidance and advice
- Acquire valuable experience in both individual and collective labor law
- Manage daily employment law issues, handle restructurings, and navigate social inspections
The perfect profile
- Fluency in either Dutch or French, with a solid command of English
- Possess between 1 and 7 years of relevant experience
- Hold a solid academic background in Belgium
- Client-oriented & enthusiastic team player
