Missions and Responsibilities
- Advise clients on all aspects of employment and social law
- Draft and review employment-related documentation and contracts
- Assist in negotiations and dispute resolution in employment matters
- Work closely with colleagues on both advisory and contentious cases
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and client training initiatives
The Ideal Profile
- 3–5 years of experience as an Employment & Benefits lawyer in a business or niche law firm
- Belgian Master’s in Law (excellent academic record); an LL.M. in Social Law is a plus
- Native Dutch speaker, with a strong command of English and preferably the other national language
- A true team player with strong interpersonal skills, drive, and commitment to excellence
