A well-established Belgian law firm is seeking a Corporate & M&A Lawyer with 4 to 6 years of experience to join its dynamic and multidisciplinary team. The Corporate & M&A department advises a broad range of clients, from multinational corporations and private equity sponsors to startups and public entities, providing strategic guidance on complex transactions in Belgium and beyond.

Missions and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate corporate and M&A deal documentation
- Advise clients on corporate governance, private equity, and joint ventures
- Engage directly with clients and manage transactions from inception to closing
- Work closely with an experienced team on cross-border transactions
The Ideal Profile
- 4 to 6 years of experience in Corporate Law & M&A at a top Belgian or international law firm
- First-class Belgian law degree; an additional master’s in Corporate/Business Law is a plus
- Native or fluent French speaker with excellent English and a good knowledge of Dutch
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Proactive, hands-on, and client-oriented with a commercial mindset
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
