Missions and Responsibilities
- Advise clients on corporate law, mergers, acquisitions, and related transactions
- Draft and review corporate documents such as contracts, agreements, and other legal instruments
- Work closely with senior colleagues and partners on high-profile M&A deals
- Conduct legal research, providing detailed analyses and strategic insights to clients
- Manage client relationships and handle files from start to finish
The Ideal Profile
- 3 to 6 years of experience in Corporate law and M&A
- Master’s degree in Law from a Belgian university (with strong academic performance), LL.M. from an English or American university is a plus
- French native, with an excellent command of English and the other national language
- Strong drafting skills, a client-oriented approach, and the ability to work independently and in teams
- Passionate about Corporate law and M&A, with excellent research and legal skills
