We are looking for two Contract & Facilities Manager (one for Ghent, one for Antwerp) for a company that develops and manages various projects but in this case educational buildings (schools)!

Your tasks and responsibilities?
- Manage administrative workflow (review of contracts, invoice terms, encoding of information,..)
- Manage general maintenance (coordination of sub-contractors/technicians, management of tenders/estimates, etc.)
- Monitor and coordinate fit-out/renovation projects (refurbishment, extension, etc.)
- Act as point of contact for tenants and schools directors
- Report on the portfolio’s activities and financial information
The ideal profile?
- Administrative skills, well organized and ability to stay calm/patient
- Good relationship skills
- Technical knowledge of buildings/facilities
- Dutch speaker, good command of english (french is a plus)
- Good knowledge of MS Office
