Key Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: oversee the completion of new projects on time and on budget, taking into account technical and sustainability standards.
• Construction Management: manage new constructions and renovations by advising, validating, supervising, and monitoring projects.
• Long-term Value: advise on the proper maintenance of buildings to ensure their long-term value.
• Role Title: you will be the Chief Projects Officer.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in construction with at least 6 years’ experience in the field.
• Excellent project management skills, particularly in the construction and maintenance of industrial/commercial premises, with a focus on cost control, budgeting, and reporting.
• Sensitivity to environmental aspects and sustainable development in construction.
• Reliability, motivation, and problem-solving skills.
•  Team spirit and excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Proficiency in the use of IT tools (e.g., MS Office) to optimize construction processes.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of French and/or Dutch is a plus.
