As an Accountant, you’ll work closely with the Accounting Manager, actively participating in the smooth execution of various accounting tasks. Your role will be versatile, including responsibilities such as managing cash and receivables, assisting in the preparation of journal entries, maintaining balance sheet schedules, supporting month-end closings, and preparing for year-end audits.

Additionally, you’ll be a key player in the budgeting and forecasting processes.

Accountant – Key responsibilities:

• Recording and validating customer payments and accounts receivable transactions.
• Carrying out general ledger operations and processing journal entries efficiently.
• Working closely with external partners.
• Assisting with the preparation of reconciliation files, including cash in transit and suspense accounts.
• Contributing to the month-end closing process.
• Collaborating on accounts payable tasks, such as invoice coding and balance reviews.

Accountant – Your profile:

• You hold a degree in accounting or have equivalent experience.
• Whether you’re a recent graduate or have 1 to 2 years of accounting experience, you’re eager to bring your knowledge to the role.
• You’re fluent in both English and French
