Role and Responsibilities:
As a Compliance Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Evaluating the compliance of loan applicants by analyzing financial information.
- Reviewing and interpreting compliance reports to determine adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Preparing comprehensive and accurate compliance reports.
- Conducting financial analysis to identify potential vulnerabilities in the compliance process.
- Periodically reporting and presenting compliance-related information to senior management or the board.
- Managing compliance-related projects, including implementation in different geographic locations.
Your Profile and Key Areas of Expertise:
- Hold a degree in a related field.
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in Compliance, with expertise in MIFID and Market Abuse.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and take full responsibility for assigned tasks.
- Exhibit attention to detail and the ability to deliver accurate results within tight timeframes.
- Display excellent interpersonal skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to work effectively within an internationally exposed team.
- Fluency in English is a must, both in writing and reading, and proficiency in any additional European language is advantageous. French is a plus.
